Do you provide warranty on the products?


We provide warranty for certain products such as electrical and electronic parts. Please consult us about the warranty issues before placing an order.


If I have purchased product and I discovered that the product is not suitable for me, can I refund ?


We don't provide refund, we can arrange for exchanging to other items which has equal value of the item you have purchased.


If I found the item is faulty when I receive it, what should I do ?


You should contact us immediately within 24 hours when you have received the item, we can arrange for an exchange of the faulty item, otherwise we will not entertain this problem.
